Once you've made a claim, you can check its progress online by logging in to MyEasyInsure. It's quick. It's easy. And you can see the current status of your claim, without having to call.

Do I get a courtesy vehicle?

If you are involved in an accident and you avail of our recommended repairer you will be provided with a Courtesy Vehicle while your vehicle is being repaired.

A Courtesy Vehicle is not available in the event of a theft or a total loss.

How to make a claim

ACCIDENT OR INCIDENT

Any incident must be reported to us immediately. Do not delay in reporting any accident no matter how small it may appear at the time of occurrence.
